Engineering notes
- Next.js 16 PWA exported as static files; Laravel 13 API and admin command center
- Listings, photos and client details stay on the phone, never on the server
- Co-agent shares encrypted on the device with AES-256-GCM and per-device ECDH keys
- The server stores only ciphertext it cannot read, and deletes it after delivery
