01 Who we are

This website is operated by jsqrd.tech ("we", "us", "our"), a software engineering company in the Philippines. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse this website and share links to it for personal or business evaluation. You agree not to:

• copy, resell or republish the site's content or design without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;

This website describes our services in general terms. Any software development, consulting, hosting or support work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

Timelines, sprint counts and examples shown on this site, including the roadmap planner and sprint demo, are illustrations only. They are not quotations or commitments.

04 Portfolio and trademarks

Products shown in our portfolio, including HomeCourt, selly.ph, Autobats, Agently and Michel Bridal Boutique, are presented as examples of our work. Their names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective owners. Each product has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply when you use that product.

05 Intellectual property

The content, text, graphics and code of this website belong to jsqrd.tech unless stated otherwise. Ownership of software we build for clients is set out in each client agreement.

06 Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including our clients' products. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

07 No warranty

We keep this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or complete.

08 Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, jsqrd.tech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

09 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about them will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines.
