How jsqrd.tech collects, uses and protects personal data.
01 Our commitment
jsqrd.tech respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
02 What we collect
On this website: nothing is collected automatically. The inquiry form runs in your browser only; it is not sent to us. You choose whether to copy it into an email.
When you contact us: your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your project.
When you become a client: contact details of your representatives, billing details, and project information needed to deliver the service.
03 How we use it
- to reply to your enquiries and prepare proposals;
- to deliver, support and invoice the services you engage us for;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- to keep our systems and your data secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
04 Data in systems we build
When we build or maintain a system for a client, the personal data inside that system (for example employee, payroll or customer records) belongs to the client. The client is the personal information controller; we act as a personal information processor and handle that data only on the client's documented instructions, under a data processing agreement.
05 AI tools
We use AI coding assistants to write software faster. We do not put client personal data into AI tools unless the client has approved it, the provider does not use the data for training, and the data is the minimum needed for the task.
07 Security and retention
Every code push to our repositories is scanned for vulnerabilities, and we protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege accounts and audit logs. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it securely.
08 Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to correct, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to claim damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
09 Contact our Data Protection Officer
To exercise your rights or ask about this policy, contact our Data Protection Officer at admin@jsqrd.tech. We will respond within a reasonable time.
